Reliable, robust and light
KPM-Marine Stainless Strainers are manufactured from 316 L and all ports are welded internally and externally to ensure there are full penetration welds, hence reducing any potential corrosion. The basket is manufactured from 316 stainless mesh allowing free flow of water.
Lids can either be 8mm polycarbonate or 6mm stainless for class applications. The whole strainer is electro polished to ensure no corrosion and an attractive appearance.
KPM strainers are lightest on the market due to their construction.
All strainers are pressure tested and soak tested for 48 hours to ensure that there are no leaks , before dispatch.

KPM-Marine Stainless Strainers can be custom made to customer requirements. KPM can offer design recommendations for optimum flow for the application. Any size and porting configuration can be made from our extensive stock of fittings and in house machined components.
Special strainer elements can be made to your specific needs including sand trap filters, ice proof filters or heated elements for arctic conditions.

KPM-Marine strainers are analysed at design stage to ensure that your specific design is working with the lowest pressure drop and optimum flow. Along with the drawings KPM always makes sure that this information is supplied to our customers .
