The long pattern DO9 jet spray nozzle has a simple on and off function and by rotating the front bumper of the nozzle and select either jet or spray modes. With a 2 ½" instantaneous alloy male inlet (BS 336) for standard UK fixings, the bumper provides protection against accidental damage when dropped

The fire fighting layflat type 2 fire hose comes complete with wired-on alloy couplings and rubber sleeves, the hose complies with BS 6391 Type 2 with UK fire service fittings. Available in two standard lengths – 23 metres – size is 45mm .

The No.1 Lever-Operated Fire Nozzle, manufactured of light alloy, is a multipurpose fire branch used to control the flow of water from the end of the fire hose. With a 2 ½" Male Instantaneous (BS 336) inlet, this is perfect for use with our 45m layflat fire hose and has a simple lever operation, between on and off positions for the jet-only spray, to prevent and release the supply of water and offer the operator full control of the water flow

Technical requirements

On crafts less than 150 gross tonnage this pump can be hand-operated. The additional pump is to have sufficient capacity and pressure to provide a 6 m jet throw with a nozzle of not less than 9 mm diameter. The jet throw is to be capable of being directed to any part of the craft.

Not less than three (3) fire hoses of at least 15 m in length, complete with coupling and nozzles, are to be provided. Fire hoses for vessels over 20 m (65 ft) in length are to be at least 38 mm (1.5 in.) in diameter. Fire hoses for vessels under 20 m (65 ft) in length may be of a good commercial grade having a diameter of not less than 16 mm (5/8 in.), and are to have a minimum test pressure of 10.3 bar (10.5 kgf/cm2, 150 psi) and a minimum burst pressure of 31.0 bar (31.6 kgf/cm2, 450 psi).
